These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mileweave.us (the "Service"), operated by Centricle LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Mileweave is a road trip planning tool that helps you organize multi-day trips with waypoint management, route optimization, and day segmentation. The Service allows you to create, edit, and share trip plans using Google Maps for routing and visualization.
The Service offers free and paid plans. The free plan includes a limited number of saved trips and AI planning sessions per month. Specific limits are displayed within the Service and may change at our discretion.
Pro plan: $7.00 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (Manage Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining billing period.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. Your card details are collected and managed directly by Stripe.
Price changes: Changes to paid plan pricing will be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
Failed payments: If payment cannot be collected after Stripe's retry attempts, your subscription may be canceled and your account reverted to the free plan. Your existing trip data will not be deleted.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Centricle LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

"Your Content" means the trip data you create using the Service, including trip titles, descriptions, routes, waypoints, day segments, and notes. Your Content is private to your account by default. When you share a trip, recipients receive view-only access through a unique link that you control and can revoke at any time.
When you share a trip, recipients can view your trip title, description, all waypoints (addresses, coordinates, notes), day segments, and route details. Your email address and account information are not visible to share recipients. You can revoke any share link at any time.
You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your trip data, and we will not use it for purposes unrelated to operating the Service.
We reserve the right to monitor the Service for violations of these Terms, take appropriate legal action against violators, restrict or disable access to the Service at our sole discretion, and remove content that is excessive in size or burdensome to our systems.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you have an active paid subscription when your account is terminated or deleted, your subscription will also be canceled. No refund is issued for the remaining billing period.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in the State of Maryland. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Route calculations and travel estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon as your sole source of navigation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTRICLE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centricle LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We maintain backups of data stored on the Service, but we are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data that is important to you. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
